Once access has been granted or a product has been downloaded, refunds may not be issued, in accordance with applicable law.

Consulting & Advisory Services
Refund eligibility for consulting or advisory services depends on the specific service purchased.

If a session has already been delivered → non-refundable

If cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled session → the session may be rescheduled

Custom or tailored services that have already begun → non-refundable
